1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

2. Raffle

1 for $50.00; 250 tickets
3 for $75.00; 300 tickets

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: September 15, 2023 at 7:30:00 p.m. PDT

Draw
Raffle draw: September 15, 2023 at 8:30:00 p.m. PDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 40 Knots Winery, 2400 Anderton Rd, Comox, BC V9M 4E5

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://artinthevineschefsdinner.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 15, 2023.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Comox Valley Transition Society.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Comox Valley Transition Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Comox Valley Transition Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@cvts.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
